Action Tracks

The Global Commission on Adaptation together with more than 75 partners launched a Year of Action to scale up climate adaptation solutions under several Action Tracks. 2020 is a critical year for jumpstarting adaptation action, which done right, will strengthen communities and spur sustainable economic development for all people.

These Action Tracks are advancing recommendations from the Commission’s flagship report. In some cases, these Action Tracks involve existing initiatives; in other cases, they are forging new coalitions. Together, they form a comprehensive platform for urgent, bold and equitable adaptation.
