Tsetse Distributions, Uganda

It is estimated that some 70 percent of Uganda is infested with 11 species of tsetse, each of which occupies a different ecological niche. This map shows the aggregate distribution of three tsetse species in Uganda -- glossina fuscipes fuscipes, g. pallidipes, and g. morsitans submorsitans.
